Laurie Appelbaum Laurie Appelbaum, AAP is the managing director of Appel Enterprises. Responsible for training and development, Laurie has over 11 years experience in the payments arena and has spoken at several industry related conferences. She has participated in many NACHA sponsored events including the 2010 NACHA Payments Conference Planning Committee; the board of directors for NACHA’s Payments Institute and was the former chair of the Regional Payments Association Marketing Committee. Previously, Laurie was the Manager of Member Services at Viewpointe and the Payments Association Specialist at The Clearing House Payments Association. She became an accredited ACH Professional in 2002 while Director of Education Services at SWACHA in Dallas. Laurie has a Bachelor of Business Degree in Business Education from Sam Houston State University.
