Bank Secrecy Act compliance is a "safety and soundness" issue. To pass the test financial institutions are required provide annual BSA training for appropriate personnel, including, but not limited to tellers, customer service representatives, lending officers and all other customer
contact employees. This program addresses all requirements of the bank`s BSA/AML training program as required by federal regulators and outlined in the BSA/AML examination procedures. The manual and the presentation provide a complete solution for training on this important topic.

She has also taught at compliance schools sponsored by the OTS and the FDIC.
